31 C.F.R. § 8.67 — Proposed findings and conclusions.

§ 8.67 Proposed findings and conclusions. Except in cases when the respondent has failed to answer the complaint or when a party has failed to appear at the hearing, the Administrative Law Judge, prior to making his or her decision, shall afford the parties a reasonable opportunity to submit proposed findings and conclusions and their supporting reasons.
