§ 551.315 Transitional Federal Institutions. The term Transitional Federal Institutions means the Transitional Federal Charter of the Somali Republic adopted in February 2004 and the Somali federal institutions established pursuant to such charter, and includes their agencies, instrumentalities, and controlled entities.
