§ 548.315 Potassium chloride (potash) sector of the Belarus economy. The term potassium chloride (potash) sector of the Belarus economy includes the extraction, mining, harvesting, production, procurement, refinement, manufacturing, testing, financing, distribution, or transport to, from, or involving Belarus, of potassium chloride (potash) or potash products; and any related activities, including the provision or receipt of goods, services, or technology to, from, or involving the potash sector of the Belarus economy.
