31 C.F.R. § 535.569 — Licensed letter of credit transactions; forwarding of documents.

§ 535.569 Licensed letter of credit transactions; forwarding of documents. When payment of a letter of credit issued, advised, or confirmed by a bank subject to the jurisdiction of the United States is authorized by either general or specific license, the forwarding of the letter of credit documents to the account party is authorized. [45 FR 1877, Jan. 9, 1980]
