§ 515.583 Provision of certain goods and services to Cuban nationals sequestered aboard vessels in U.S. ports. The provision of goods and services ordinarily incident and necessary to the personal maintenance of Cuban nationals who are prohibited from disembarking from vessels in U.S. ports is authorized.
