31 C.F.R. § 34.405 — Recordkeeping-Comprehensive Plan Component.

§ 34.405 Recordkeeping—Comprehensive Plan Component. Assignees must maintain records as prescribed by the Council and Treasury, and make the records available to the Council and Treasury, including the Treasury Inspector General. In addition, the Council must make its records concerning the activities of assignees available to Treasury, including the Treasury Inspector General.
