§ 306.116 Scope and effect of book-entry procedure. (a) Except as provided in § 306.117, the provisions of 31 CFR part 357, subparts A, B, and D apply. (b) This subpart is effective January 1, 1997. [61 FR 43637, Aug. 23, 1996]
