31 C.F.R. § 3.4 — Approval of claims not in excess of $25,000.

§ 3.4 Approval of claims not in excess of $25,000. (a) Claims not exceeding $25,000 and not otherwise requiring consultation with the Department of Justice pursuant to 28 CFR 14.6(b) shall be approved, disapproved, or compromised by the head of the bureau or office or his designee, taking into consideration the recommendation of the legal division.
