31 C.F.R. § 248.1 — Introductory.
§ 248.1 Introductory. This part governs the issuance of substitutes for checks of the United States drawn on United States dollar or foreign currency accounts, maintained with designated depositaries in foreign countries or territories or possessions of the United States.
