31 C.F.R. § 23.47 — Hearings, decisions, post-termination proceedings.
§ 23.47 Hearings, decisions, post-termination proceedings. Treasury procedural provisions for hearings, decisions, and post-termination proceedings applicable to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and its implementing regulations within Title 31 of the CFR shall apply to Treasury enforcement of these regulations.
