31 C.F.R. § 129.4 — Recordkeeping requirement.
§ 129.4 Recordkeeping requirement. Reporters shall maintain all information used in preparing a report under this part for the period specified in the notice published by the Secretary of the Treasury pursuant to section 129.3, and shall make this information available for review and inspection at the request of the Department of the Treasury.
