31 C.F.R. § 1.34 — Guardianship.

§ 1.34 Guardianship. The parent or guardian of a minor or a person judicially determined to be incompetent must, in addition to establishing the identity of the minor or other person represented, establish parentage or guardianship by furnishing a copy of a birth certificate showing parentage or a court order establishing the guardianship and may thereafter, act on behalf of such individual. ( See 5 U.S.C. 552a(h).)
