30 C.F.R. § 77.406 — Drive belts.
§ 77.406 Drive belts. (a) Drive belts shall not be shifted while in motion unless the machines are provided with mechanical shifters. (b) Belt dressing shall not be applied while belts are in motion except where it can be applied without endangering a person.
