30 C.F.R. § 75.1401 — Hoists; rated capacities; indicators.
§ 75.1401 Hoists; rated capacities; indicators. Hoists shall have rated capacities consistent with the loads handled. An accurate and reliable indicator of the position of the cage, platform, skip, bucket, or cars shall be provided. [48 FR 53239, Nov. 25, 1983]
