30 C.F.R. § 700.2 — Objective.
§ 700.2 Objective. The objective of chapter VII is to fulfill the purposes of the Act found in section 102 in a manner which is consistent with the language of the Act, its legislative history, other applicable laws, and judicial interpretations.
