30 C.F.R. § 57.11056 — Emergency hoists.
§ 57.11056 Emergency hoists. The procedure for inspection, testing and maintenance required by standard 57.19120 shall be utilized at least every 30 days for hoists designated as emergency hoists in any evacuation plan.
