30 C.F.R. § 56.19076 — Maximum speeds for hoisting persons in buckets.
§ 56.19076 Maximum speeds for hoisting persons in buckets. When persons are hoisted in buckets, speeds shall not exceed 500 feet per minute and shall not exceed 200 feet per minute when within 100 feet of the intended station.
