30 C.F.R. § 43.1 — Definitions.
§ 43.1 Definitions. For purposes of this part, Act means the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977, Pub. L. 91–173, as amended by Pub. L. 95–164, and “Secretary” means the Secretary of Labor or his designee.
