29 C.F.R. § 95.28 — Period of availability of funds.
§ 95.28 Period of availability of funds. (a) Where a funding period is specified, a recipient may charge to the grant only allowable costs resulting from obligations incurred during the funding period and any pre-award costs authorized by DOL. (b) Where an expenditure period is specified, a grantee may charge to the award only the accrued expenditures incurred during the expenditure period. [72 FR 37104, July 9, 2007] Property Standards
