§ 530.3 Application forms for individual homeworker certificates. Certificates authorizing the employment of industrial homeworkers in the industries defined in § 530.1 may be issued on the following terms and conditions upon application therefore on forms provided by the Wage and Hour Division. Such forms shall be signed by both the homeworker and the employer.
