§ 516.14 Country elevator employees exempt from overtime pay requirements under section 13(b)(14) of the Act. (a) With respect to each employee exempt from the overtime pay requirements of the Act pursuant to section 13(b)(14), the employer shall maintain and preserve records containing the information and data required by § 516.2(a) except paragraphs (a) (6) and (9) and, in addition, for each workweek, the names and occupations of all persons employed in the country elevator, whether or not covered by the Act, and (b) Information demonstrating that the “area of production” requirements of part 536 of this chapter are met.
