29 C.F.R. § 38.88 — Director's Final Determination that no reasonable cause exists to believe that a violation has taken place.

§ 38.88 Director's Final Determination that no reasonable cause exists to believe that a violation has taken place. If the Director determines that there is no reasonable cause to believe that a violation has taken place, the Director must issue a Final Determination under § 38.96. The Final Determination represents the Department's final agency action on the complaint.
