29 C.F.R. § 30.16 — Reinstatement of program registration.
§ 30.16 Reinstatement of program registration. An apprenticeship program that has been deregistered pursuant to this part may be reinstated by the Registration Agency upon presentation of adequate evidence that the apprenticeship program is operating in accordance with this part.
