29 C.F.R. § 1912a.10 — Presence of OSHA officer or employee.

§ 1912a.10 Presence of OSHA officer or employee. The meetings of all advisory committees shall be in the presence of an officer or employee of the Federal Government referred to in § 1912a.4. Such officer or employee shall be empowered to adjourn any meeting whenever he determines adjournment to be in the public interest.
