27 C.F.R. § 7.123 — Guarantees.
§ 7.123 Guarantees. Malt beverage labels, containers, or packaging may not contain any statement relating to guarantees if the appropriate TTB officer finds it is likely to mislead the consumer. However, money-back guarantees are not prohibited.
