27 C.F.R. § 6.53 — Advertising in ballparks, racetracks, and stadiums.

§ 6.53 Advertising in ballparks, racetracks, and stadiums. The purchase, by an industry member, of advertising on signs, scoreboards, programs, scorecards, and the like at ballparks, racetracks or stadiums, from the retail concessionaire constitutes paying the retailer for an advertising service within the meaning of the Act.
