27 C.F.R. § 5.221 — Criminal penalties.

§ 5.221 Criminal penalties. A violation of the labeling provisions of 27 U.S.C. 205(e) is punishable as a misdemeanor. See 27 U.S.C. 207 for the statutory provisions relating to criminal penalties, consent decrees, and injunctions.
