27 C.F.R. § 28.244 — Shipment to manufacturing bonded warehouse.
§ 28.244 Shipment to manufacturing bonded warehouse. Distilled spirits and wines withdrawn for shipment to a manufacturing bonded warehouse shall be consigned to the proprietor of such warehouse in care of the customs officer in charge of the warehouse.
