§ 28.223 Export marks. In addition to the marks and brands required to be placed on kegs, barrels, cases, crates or other packages under the provisions of part 25 of this chapter, the exporter shall mark the word “Export” on each container or case before removal for export, for use on vessels or aircraft, or for transfer to a foreign-trade zone.
