§ 25.64 Maintenance of notice file. The brewer shall maintain the approved Brewer's Notice, Form 5130.10, and all incorporated documents at the brewery premises, in complete and current condition, readily available for inspection by an appropriate TTB officer. (Sec. 201, Pub. L. 85–859, 72 Stat. 1388, as amended (26 U.S.C. 5401))
