27 C.F.R. § 25.299 — Execution under penalties of perjury.
§ 25.299 Execution under penalties of perjury. When a return, form, or other document is required by this part or in the instruction on or with the return, form, or other document to be executed under the penalties of perjury, as defined in § 25.11, it will be so executed and will be signed by the brewer or other duly authorized person. (Act of August 16, 1954, 68A Stat. 749, as amended (26 U.S.C. 6065))
