§ 24.145 General requirements. Each person required to file a bond or consent of surety under this part must prepare, execute and submit the bond or consent of surety on the prescribed form in accordance with this part and the instructions printed on the form. A person may not commence or continue any business or operation relating to wine until all bonds and consents of surety required under this part with respect to the business or operation have been approved by the appropriate TTB officer.
