27 C.F.R. § 20.60 — Change in name of permittee.

§ 20.60 Change in name of permittee. When the only change is a change in the individual, firm, or corporation name, a permittee may not conduct operations under the new name until a written notice, accompanied by necessary supporting documents, to amend the application and permit has been filed and an amended permit issued by the appropriate TTB officer.
