27 C.F.R. § 20.121 — Vinegar general-use formula.

§ 20.121 Vinegar general-use formula. The vinegar general-use formula is a formula for making vinegar with alcohol denatured in accordance with S.D.A. Formula No. 18 in a process whereby all of the ethyl alcohol, except residual alcohol within the limit specified in § 20.104, loses its identity by being converted to vinegar. [T.D.
