Statement of plant security.

§ 19.76 Statement of plant security. As required by § 19.73(a)(12), the application for registration must include a statement of plant security. This statement must include the following information: (a) A general description of plant security, including methods used to secure buildings or plant operations located within a portion of a building and outdoor tanks; (b) A statement regarding the use of guard personnel; (c) A statement regarding the use of any electronic or mechanical alarm system; (d) A statement certifying that locks used will meet the requirements of § 19.192(f); and (e) A list of persons, by their position and title, who have the responsibility for the custody and access to keys for the locks.
