27 C.F.R. § 19.476 — Packages.

§ 19.476 Packages. A proprietor may use packages on bonded premises for original entry of spirits, and for packaging from tanks, storing, transferring in bond, and withdrawing spirits and denatured spirits from bonded premises. Packages must be constructed so as to be capable of secure closure. (26 U.S.C. 5206)
