27 C.F.R. § 19.113 — Change in name of proprietor.
§ 19.113 Change in name of proprietor. If the name of the of the proprietor changes, the proprietor may not conduct operations under the new name before TTB approves the amended registration. The proprietor must file either an amended form TTB F 5110.41, Registration of Distilled Spirits Plant, or a letterhead application to reflect the change. However, the proprietor does not have to file a new bond or consent of surety. (26 U.S.C. 5172, 5271)
