27 C.F.R. § 17.22 — Employer identification number.
§ 17.22 Employer identification number. Every person who claims drawback under this part must enter on each claim for drawback filed on TTB Form 5620.8, Claim—Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms Taxes, the employer identification number (EIN) assigned by the Internal Revenue Service. (26 U.S.C. 6109, 6723)
