25 C.F.R. § 81.42 — Where are the results of the Election posted?
§ 81.42 Where are the results of the Election posted? The Secretarial Election Board must post a copy of the Certificate of Results of Election at the local Bureau office, the tribal headquarters, and at other public places listed in the election notice. The Board also has the discretion to publicize the results using additional methods, such as by posting on the tribe's Web site.
