25 C.F.R. § 75.5 — Removal of deceased persons from the roll.

§ 75.5 Removal of deceased persons from the roll. The name of any person who was not alive as of midnight August 21, 1957, shall be stricken from the basic membership roll by the Tribal Enrollment Office upon receipt of a death certificate or other evidence of death acceptable to the Tribal Enrollment Office.
