25 C.F.R. § 41.39 — What reports does the Tribal college or university need to provide?

§ 41.39 What reports does the Tribal college or university need to provide? (a) The Tribal college or university must provide the BIE, on or before December 1 of each year, a report that includes: (1) An accounting of the amounts and purposes for which the Tribal college or university spent assistance received under this part during the preceding academic year; (2) An accounting of the annual cost of the Tribal college's or university's education programs from all sources for the academic year; and (3) A final performance report based upon the criteria the Tribal college's or university's goals, philosophy, or plan of operation. (b) The Tribal college or university must report to the BIE their FTE Indian student enrollment for each academic term of the academic year within three (3) weeks of the date the Tribal college or university makes the FTE calculation.
