25 C.F.R. § 41.17 — What is the role of the Secretary of Education?

§ 41.17 What is the role of the Secretary of Education? (a) The Secretary may enter into an agreement with the Secretary of Education to obtain assistance to: (1) Develop plans, procedures, and criteria for eligibility studies required under this subpart; and (2) Conduct such studies. (b) BIE must consult with the Secretary of Education to determine the reasonable number of students required to support a Tribal college or university.
