25 C.F.R. § 30.114 — What should a tribal governing body or school board include in a proposal for alternative requirements?

§ 30.114 What should a tribal governing body or school board include in a proposal for alternative requirements? Proposals for alternative requirements must include an explanation of how the alternative proposal meets the requirements of section 1111 of the Act, taking into consideration the unique circumstances and needs of BIE-funded schools and the students served at such schools.
