25 C.F.R. § 273.206 — May a contract be appealed?

§  273.206 May a contract be appealed? (a) A contractor may appeal: (1) An adverse decision or action of the Bureau regarding a contract; or (2) A decision to cancel a contract for cause. (b) The Secretary encourages contractors to seek all means of dispute resolution before a formal appeal.
