§ 273.191 How may a contract be renewed for Johnson-O'Malley funding? An awarding official will notify the existing contracting party in advance of the contract's expiration and ask if the existing contracting party wants to renew the contract. The renewal must be in writing from the existing contracting party and the awarding official.
