§ 273.160 Can the Secretary apply a ratable reduction in Johnson-O'Malley program funding? If the funds available under the Johnson-O'Malley Act for a fiscal year are insufficient to pay the full amounts that all existing contracting parties are eligible to receive under for the fiscal year, the Secretary will ratably reduce those amounts for the fiscal year.
