§ 273.114 What programs may be contracted under the Johnson-O'Malley Act? All programs contracted under this part must: (a) Be developed and approved in full compliance with the powers and duties of the Indian Education Committee and as may be contained in the Committee's organizational documents and bylaws. (b) Be included as a part of the education plan.
