25 C.F.R. § 248.5 — Damage to Government-owned property.
§ 248.5 Damage to Government-owned property. Anyone committing any act of depredation, destruction, theft, or misuse of the land, buildings, fences, signs, or other structures which are the property of the United States shall be subject to prosecution under applicable Federal or State law.
