25 C.F.R. § 214.6 — Failure of lessee to complete lease.
§ 214.6 Failure of lessee to complete lease. Should a lessee fail to furnish, within the time specified after his bid is accepted, the papers necessary to put his lease and bond in proper form for consideration, the officer in charge shall recommend that the sale be disapproved and money paid forfeited to the Osage Tribe.
