25 C.F.R. § 214.28 — Location of sites for mines and buildings.
§ 214.28 Location of sites for mines and buildings. In event of disagreement between two or more mineral lessees regarding sites for the location of wells, mines, buildings, plants, etc., the same shall be determined by the superintendent after investigation and after due consideration of prior right of any lessee by reason of date of approval of lease.
